Présentation
Le marathon de Sanremo est une boucle qui se court entièrement sur la côte de la mer de Ligurie. Il prend son départ au Casino de Sanremo, puis il traverse les villages d'Arma di Taggia, Riva Ligure, Santo Stefano al Mare et Ospedaletti. Le parcours est rectiligne et relativement plat, et il suit le tracé de l'ancienne voie ferrée avec 24 km de piste cyclable.
